/About Me

Manuela Durson Bio

I was born in the beautiful Black Forest area of Germany, where three countries – Germany, Switzerland and France – meet.

Surrounded by such beautiful nature, photography has always played an important part in my life. I also spent a lot of time in the Mediterranean, especially Italy, Southern France and Spain and came to love the ocean. No wonder that many of my favorite photos are of the ocean, in all its beauty and mightiness and power.

I am drawn to the beauty of creation and the colorful aspects of nature. Post-processing my raw images and turning them into pieces of art gives me tremendous joy, and I hope people will find them touching and meaningful.
